Barton Light Pull is a repeatable studio piece made from used skateboard decks and selected hardwood, bringing colour, craft and a small moment of character to an everyday object.

Each light pull is made from the noses and tails of used skateboard decks, glued together with hardwood or layered as a pure skateboard-deck version, then individually turned on the lathe in the Tomorrow Woodwork Studio.

Choose from Walnut Mix, Oak Mix, Rosewood Mix, Pure Skate Small or Pure Skate Large, with either black or green cord.

Designed to fit neatly onto a standard light pull cord connector, each piece is supplied with 2m of cord, which can be cut to length during fitting. Installation is quick and simple, usually taking just a few minutes.

Most styles are made at approximately 90mm high. Each piece is individually turned, so the final shape may vary slightly depending on how the wood turns.

The images shown are examples of this product. The piece supplied will be made in the same style, with natural variation in shape, wood grain and skateboard deck colour.
