Online store terms

Products and availability

We make and sell furniture, studio objects, small homewares and bespoke pieces. Many items are made in small batches, as one-off pieces, or from materials with natural variation.

We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. However, colour, grain, texture, skateboard veneer, reclaimed material marks and other natural or material variations may differ slightly from what is shown on screen.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order if necessary.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is accepted and processed.

If an error is found in the price, description or availability of a product, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an error, stock issue, or other problem.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where payment cannot be processed, details appear incorrect, or there is a pricing or stock error.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the item, location, courier, or agreed delivery arrangements for larger furniture pieces.

For larger or bespoke pieces, we may contact you directly to arrange collection, personal delivery, or a suitable delivery option.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Ready-made items may be returned in line with that policy. Bespoke, personalised or made-to-order items may not usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Bespoke and made-to-order work

For bespoke, personalised or made-to-order pieces, details such as design, materials, dimensions, pricing, payment terms and timescale will be agreed before work begins.

Because bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, cancellations or changes may not always be possible once materials have been ordered or work has started.

Natural movement, variation in wood, colour differences, visible material history, and small differences in handmade or material-led work are part of the nature of these pieces and are not considered faults unless the item is structurally defective or not as described.

Care of products

Wood, plywood, skateboard materials and finishes should be cared for appropriately. Items should not be exposed to excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or unsuitable conditions unless specifically stated.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, poor care, unsuitable storage, or normal wear and tear.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep all information on this website accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will always be free from errors, omissions or outdated information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or change website content at any time.

Intellectual property

All images, designs, text, branding, product names, photography and content on this website belong to Tomorrow Woodwork Studio / Chapplefield unless otherwise stated.
