Returns
I want you to be happy with anything you order from Tomorrow Woodwork Studio.
If something isn’t right, please get in touch as soon as possible by email, WhatsApp or using the contact form.
Change-of-mind returns
You can return most items for any reason, as long as you contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you’ve let me know you’d like to return something, the item should be returned within 14 days.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaged securely for the return journey.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost and responsibility of returning the item is with the customer.
Postable items
For smaller postable items, please package the item carefully and use a tracked postal or courier service.
Once the item has been received back in its original condition, I’ll process your refund.
Furniture and larger pieces
Furniture and larger pieces can also be returned, but because they are usually collected or delivered personally, return arrangements need to be agreed directly.
For change-of-mind returns on furniture or larger pieces, the customer is responsible for the cost of return collection or return delivery.
If I need to personally collect a returned furniture piece, a return collection charge may apply. This will be confirmed before collection is arranged.
Made-to-order, bespoke or personalised items
Made-to-order, bespoke or personalised items may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and any damage where relevant.
If the issue is my fault, I’ll put it right. This may be by repair, replacement, refund or another suitable solution depending on the item and the issue.
Wood movement and care
Wood is a natural material and may move slightly with changes in temperature, humidity and environment.
Damage caused by poor placement, unsuitable conditions, misuse, neglect or lack of care is not covered as a fault.
This includes, but is not limited to, placing pieces next to radiators, fires, strong direct sunlight, damp areas or other unstable environments.
Care guidance is provided where relevant, and I’m always happy to advise if you’re unsure where a piece is best placed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and checked.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges, where applicable, may not be refunded for change-of-mind returns beyond the standard delivery amount required by law.
